THE MESSAGE CONVEYED NEEDS TO CRYSTAL
CLEAR.
2. PRINCIPLE OF ATTENTION:
BEFORE CONVEYING A MESSAGE, THE LISTENER'S
ATTENTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE MESSAGE
3. PRINCIPLE OF FEEDBACK:
GETTING A FEEDBACK FROM AN AUDIENCE IS VERY
IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHETHER OR NOT THE AUDIENCE
UNDERSTAND THE MESSAGE.
4. PRINCIPLE OF INFORMALITY:
TO CONVEY A MESSAGE, THE SITUATION DOES
NOT HAVE TO BE TOO FORMAL.
5. PRINCIPLE OF CONSISTENCY:
DELIVERING A MESSAGE, THE CONTENTS AND
SPEAKER'S STANDPOINT NEEDS TO BE CONSISTENT.
6. PRINCIPLE OF TIMELINESS:
A MESSAGE SHOULD BE DELIVERED AT THE RIGHT
TIME, SO THAT THE RIGHT ACTION COULD BE TAKEN.
7. PRINCIPLE OF ADEQUACY:
LASTLY AN INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED IN A
COMPLETE MANNER.
