Descriptive text is a text that explains what a person, place, or thing is like,
often providing a visual experience through the use of adjectives and adverbs.
2. Descriptive Text About People
The social function of descriptive text about people is to describe about
certain/ particular people, for instance; people we know well:
a. To give details information of certain people. For instance: the physical
appearances, characteristics, jobs, etc.
