Learning Outcome (Objective): The student will categorize the organization’s planning orientation style.

Description: Perform and analysis of the planning orientation style that an organization has. The organization
must be fictitious (invented by the members of the work team and whose turn corresponds to the area of your
specialization) and will be constituted as a micro business, because it will start from scratch in the construction of strategic
planning because it is a new company.

 Way of working: collaborative team (3 people).


 Format: Arial letter 11, single space.
 Extension: indefinite.
 Form of delivery: digital.

The development of the project will correspond to two weeks of work. So, in the second week, the student will deliver the
finished document to 100% for each of the sections.

The written project must contain the following parts and must be personalized (letterhead with the name, fictitious company
logo and slogan):

 COVER: name of the institution, educational program, subject, teacher's name, title, names of the team members, place and
date.
 INDEX
 INTRODUCTION: general presentation of the organization or the case study (brief description of the company:
history, products and services they offer, location, etc ...).
 DEVELOPMENT: Mission, vision, values, objectives of the organization, strategic plan that includes, strategies and tactics,
goals, actions, human, material and economic resources used, and responsible.
 CONCLUSION: final reflection on the topic.
