RESOLUTION NO. 2020-2

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISSTANCE TO HONORABLE ARTHUR “TOTO” DEFENSOR JR.,

GOVERNOR PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO PURCHASE A PHOTOCOPIER FOR STA CLARA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, STA
CLARA, OTON, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, The STA. CLARA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is in need of a Photocopier as a preparation for a
distance learning modality this coming October 5, 2020.

WHEREAS, this PHOTOCOPIER will benefit the school for printing modules, documents and other paper
works which will be a big help to the teachers and pupils who need to use this equipment.

WHEREAS, the School have no enough fund to purchase the said equipment.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Vice President Jasmin G. Salanio and duly seconded by Kris Madel S.
Pesante, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the PTA Board of Sta. Clara Elementary School to pass resolution
requesting HON. ATHUR R. DEFENSOR JR., Governor of the Province of Iloilo to allocate fund to purchase
Photocopier for the said School.
