PET POLICY, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND AGREEMENT

Section 20 of the City Ordinance No. 1164 or the “Puerto Princesa City Balayong People’s Park Ordinance” constitutes the movement
of pet/ support animals within the Balayong People's Park, the owner-visitors of these pets/support animals shall ensure compliance of
City Ordinance No. 16391, which instituted the renowned 'NO-LITTERING' Policy within Puerto Princesa City.

To ensure all visitors have a safe and happy stay, there are a few rules that apply to your pet:

1. The owner-visitor must register the pet at the entrance gate and sign the waiver of liability and agreement prior entry to the park
vicinity.
2. Pets must be healthy and free of parasites e.g. worms and fleas.
3. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while within the park.
4. Pets are not permitted in these areas: watch tower, learning pod, playgrounds, aqua tunnel, cascading fountain, interactive
fountain, waterpod and other water features for health and safety reasons.
5. To ensure the right to quiet enjoyment is maintained for all guests please restrict excessive noise
6. Please make sure you clean up after your pet. Mess must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of in the appropriate bins.
7. No pet is to be left unattended at any time.
8. Please ensure not to disturb other wildlife and do not allow your pet to approach or interact with these animals within the park.

If the park manager reasonably considers that you have not complied with this policy or your pet acts in any way considered to be
aggressive, dangerous, destructive and impacts unnecessarily on the welfare of other guests, park managers reserve the right to ask
you to vacate the park.

You are liable for and will indemnify against all loss and damage (including without limitation property damage and personal injury)
directly or indirectly arising out of or related in any way to the conduct, acts and omissions of your pet. The City Government reserves
the right to apply all fees and expenses associated with any such loss and damage to your account.

You fully and finally release and discharge the Balayong People’s Park from any liabilities, claims, demands, suits, actions, rights,
entitlements, costs or expenses that you may have or incur directly or indirectly arising out of or related in any way to your pet.
