GUIDELINES FOR PARK VISITORS

To ensure public safety, only certain areas of the park will be accessible to the public and we
will limit the number of guests (to around 500-1000 or as per required).

1. The Park will be limited to Forest Park, Learning Pod, Interactive Water Park, and
Friendship Park.

2. The park is open from 1:00PM to 10:00PM only, no staying in the same area of the
park for more than 30 minutes to allow access for other visitors. No loitering.

3. Visitors with pre-appointment online at the park will be prioritized of entry. See
Balayong People’s Park Facebook page for more details.

4. Saturday is family day, only families with children are allowed to enter at the park
premises.

5. Limited Parking is available (please see designated parking areas, no reservation,


first come-first serve basis only). We recommend walking to promote physical health.
No parking on the sidewalks.

6. No mask, no entry policy. Wear a mask at all times inside the park.

7. Thermal check is mandatory. Visitors with temperature of 37.5℃ and above will not
be allowed to enter.

8. Scan the StaySafePH QR code or register at the entrance prior access to park
facilities.

9. The sidewalks, roads and sports facilities will be open for exercise activities anytime
(e.g. jogging, walking, cycling). No bicycling within park sidewalks and pathwalks.

10. Maintain proper physical distancing (of 2-3 meters).

11. No mass gatherings of more than ten (10 persons) if no permit.

12. No vending of products or services unless otherwise permitted and on the proper
designated area.

13. Keep our park clean. Dispose garbage in the proper garbage bins or bring own trash
home. No spitting. Violators will be fined.

14. Other activities (photoshoot, use of drone, use of amphitheater, stage, etc.) should
have an approved letter request to the City Mayor’s Office prior conduct of such
activities.

15. The Balayong People’s Park and the City Government of Puerto Princesa reserves
the right to refuse anyone entry and to escort violators out of the park to ensure
public safety.
