DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed made and executed by and between,

We, CONCEPCION S. BACAY married to NAPOLEON C. BACAY, both of legal age, Filipinos, and
residents of 4025 Purok 4, Riverside, San Francisco, Bulacan, Bulacan, now and hereinafter referred to as
the DONORS:
and
MARIA CRISTINA S. BACAY, of legal age, Filipino, single, and resident of 4025 Purok 4, Riverside, San
Francisco, Bulacan, Bulacan, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE:

WITNESSETH

That the DONORS are the registered Co-owner of the parcel of lands, which is more particularly
described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-184985

“A parcel of land (Lot 1-B-1-C-1) of the subd. plan (LRC) Psd-322590, approved as a non-
subd. project, being a portion of Lot 1-B-1-C, Psd-03-007959, LRC Rec. No. 27272, situated in the Bo.
of Tabang, Mun. of Bulacan, Prov. of Bulacan. Is. of Luzon. x x x x x x x x containing an area of THREE
HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less. x x x”

That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONORS and concern for the DONEE’s
future, the DONORS have cede, transfer and convey by the way of DONATION, a portion ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
(150) SQUARE METERS of the above described parcel of Land existing thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances, to the DONEE, to take effect upon signing of this document.

That with utmost thanks and gratitude and for the kindness and generosity of the DONORS the DONEE
HEREBY ACCEPT THE DONATION.
