DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by ROMEO T. TUAZON married to CLARITA T. TUAZON, both of legal
age, Filipinos, and resident of Brgy. Mining, Angeles City, hereinafter called the SELLER, in favor of COLEEN
JOYCE HERNANDEZ ANTONIO, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Brgy. Mining, Angeles City, hereinafter
called as the BUYER.

W I T N E S S E T H
That for and inconsideration of the sum of, Philippines currency, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged from the buyer to the entire satisfaction of the SELLER, said SELLER do hereby SELL, TRANSFER,
and CONVEY, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto said BUYER, his heirs and assigns that certain parcel of
land located at Brgy. Mining, Angeles City and more particularly described as follows:

PORTION OF: LOT 16-C, PSD-03-243587
LOCATION: BARANGAY OF MINING, CITY OF ANGELES, ISLAND OF LUZON
AREA: TWO HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (200) MORE OR LESS

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(₱260,000.00), Philippine currency to us in hand paid to our full and complete satisfaction by the BUYER. We do
hereby these present sell, transfer, and convey unto COLEEN JOYCE HERNANDEZ ANTONIO, and her heirs,
successors and assign afore described land thereon, is free from liens and encumbrances.
