Edu-Tech group whose objective is to provide quality learning
and expertise.
Our current customer segment, at present, stands at 200 plus
colleges and 10000 plus students, with new institutions
coming in all the time.
This organization would enable you to accelerate your
aspirations by providing an opportunity to master the most
desired skill-sets in today's market.

faculty, you would be having the best possible training at
your disposal.
OBJECTIVES
To work cooperatively with my supervisor
along with my colleagues to complete 60 days
of my internship as required by the
organisation
To develop my skillset and interest in working
with the corporate sector, exploring new fields
in the business world
To demonstrate how the use of technology can
be beneficial for us while working for the
organisation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Here I have been appointed as a HR associate. My

roles and responsibilities is to hire new candidates
those are looking for an internship or job, from the
given data on excel and from LinkedIn as well.
Interview is scheduled by me only through call or
video call as per requirement.
• After two months of completion I was promoted to
Senior HR. I was offered to handle a team with fifteen
members.
• It was a great experience with working with the
organisation, learnt a lot about this field and got to
know, this field could be my cup of tea.
 PERSONAL BENEFITS
• I have become quite skillful using excel, powerpoint
etc. Now I am able to use this application for
personal work and am doing this for me.
• I have developed a stronger relationship with the
people who are working on the same organisation
through my involvement of this workdays.
• I have developed better teambuilding skills by
working with my team.
