Summary: I purchased my Orbit Infiniti grey smartwatch on May 22, 2022, and it worked
well until August 9, 2022. Afterwards, I tried contacting Crossbeats for service. This was
because this watch was still under warranty and there are no physical damages to the
smartwatch, it just isn't showing the display from 9 Aug 2022. Finally, I mailed them on 11
Aug 2022 since there was no customer service number on their website, and they started
the watch diagnosis process. Later they said they would verify the product and will check if it
is physically damaged and will see if it falls within the warranty. So, after a successful
diagnosis, they said yes it falls under warranty and they will replace my watch. The time
frame for the process was 6-7 working days. Then, after they sent me a mail asking for a
replacement watch and asking for INR 99 for shipping charges, I explained that I reside in
the same city as Bangalore but they refused and said I could not go and get my watch and I
had to pay INR 99 for shipping charges and then the watch would be sent to me. But since I
paid for shipping on 26 Aug 2022, they sent me another mail on 29 Aug 2022 saying that the
watch was not in stock, and they would provide a replacement as soon as possible. I have
been following up many times and they have stopped responding to my emails and the
status of my smart watch replacement has not been updated. As of now, they have my
watch and I have paid them the amount of INR 5949 for the smartwatch. They have charged
me INR 99 as shipping costs and they have not provided me with the smartwatch till today,
22 Oct 2022. I am chasing them and they have not responded. I have all the email chains for
the entire process as proof of the incident, along with all the product service job sheets.
