LICENSE AND CATEGORY KILLER VISUAL STOCK

MONITORING DASHBOARD GUIDE

Based on feedback received from our stores around the world, we have prepared a dashboard
where you can determine which products in your store belong to what license, and which
products in your stock are Category Killer items.

With this visual report, you will be able to select products in stock in your store, view their
images, click on them to see information about the central warehouse, determine approved
reserves, and see the number of products that are on delivery. You will also be able to see
images of all products in stock in the central warehouse. Thus, by comparing both, you will
be able to identify which products are stock in the central warehouse that have not yet
entered the selected store.

The dashboard consists of two tabs: Stock General Condition and Store Stock Detail.

From the Stock General Condition, MBAG-MSG-BUYERGROUP-CATEGORYNAME-

PRODUCTSEASON-PRODUCTCODE-COLORCODE you can find details about the
central warehouse stock, store stock, approved reserved stock, stock on delivery,
unapproved reserved items, the last 7 days of sales and cover details.

When you click on the names of the products you can see stock and sales details.
Image 2:

When you click the marked area in Image 2, you can observe the stock and sales details in the
form of cards.
In the Store Stock Detail segment, under the COUNTRY-
OPERATIONALZONEDEFINITION-STORENAME-MERCHSUBGROUP-BUYERGRUP-
CATEGORYNAME-PRODUCTSEASON-PRODUCTCODE-COLORCODE details, store
stock, approved reserved stock, stock on the road, unapproved reserved stock, last 7 days sales,
cover details can be observed.

When you click on the highlighted area in Image 3 you can access information about the
selected country, operational zone, warehouse stock and sales details about each product.

When you select the highlighted area in Image 4, you can view the selected country,
operational area, warehouse stock and sales details of each product in the form of cards.
