Store Hygiene
Measures:
• Increasing the cleaning frequency of the store
during the day.
• By reducing the number of fixtures, ensuring that
customers shop by protecting the social distance.
• Re-planning of fixture layouts in the store.
• Hanging brochures about hygiene and social
distance in the store and announcing them
frequently.
• Putting hand disinfection machines to enterances
and cash points.
• Care and use of the ventilation systems of the
stores and ensuring the fresh air get in the stores.
Store Hygiene
Measures:
• Preparing the emergency plan on a store basis. What
to do if there are signs of virus in the staff or
customer.
• Minimizing physical contact by keeping the doors
between warehouse and sales area constantly open.
• Deep disinfection operation will be conducted in all
stores before opening.
• Gloves should be used for money collection and
money transfers ( BRINKS) to avoid any physical
contact with cash, bags or documents and washing
hands with soap or antiseptic after process.
• Agrements with cleaning companies must be
updated about new cleaning requirements.

• Respective announcements are put on the
entrances and in store to inform the customers
about preventive measures taken in LC WAIKIKI
stores.
• Announcements to customers about keeping social
distance of more than 2 m between them.
• Fitting Rooms, cash points areas are being cleaned
with high frequency.
• Store entrances,sections and shopping bags are
being cleaned with high frequency.
• Training contents must be prepared for store staff.
• In case there was an infected person in the store,
we close the store for thorough disinfection.

• Putting disinfectant inside the store.
• Sticker is affixed to the places for customers to
wait in front of the cash registers. In front of
the till area can be rearranged and the
transition to a single-strip single cash point is
applied as in the passport queues.
• Directing customers to use credit cards instead
of cash.
• Removal of tester products and cash point
mini accesories in all store.
• Giving gloves and masks to customers from
store entrance.

• Taking the specified number of customers into the
store at the same time. (There will be staff at the
entrance) Increasing the number of store personnel
according to the floors.
• Cash points covered with plexy.
• Cabin usage should be banned. (Customer tried the
product in the cabin, what do we do next? Or products
coming from cabinet can be kept at a separate point
for 48 hours.)
• Products coming for return - exchange can be kept at a
separate point for 48 hours.

• A systematical feature can be added to bank pos
devices for customers to use by themselves to
prevent interaction between cashier and customer.
• Ironing and steaming every product which came
from return, exchange or fitting room.
• Measuring temperature of customers at the store
entrance.

store entrances.

Measures
• Fever of the staff is measured every morning
for all staff and recorded on the table for
follow-up.
• Adequate hand sanitizer / soap / paper towels
are provided.
• Daily clothes of the personnel are separated
from the work clothes. (It may be necessary to
increase the number of staff cabinets or to put
daily clothes in a plastic bag etc.)
• In case of infection, the personnel are divided
into teams and operated. (Red team-blue
team-green team etc.)

• Providing a mask with visor for cashiers, cabin
and warehouse staff.
• Using gloves and masks for all employees.
(These should be changed every 3 hours.)
• While serving the customer, staff should be
least 2 meter away to protect social distance.
• Ensuring that each computer and till is used by
a single employee. Disinfection of all materials
at the end of the shift. (Scissors, mouse,
keyboard, etc.)
• Providing closed drinking water to all staff.

Measures
• During reception, unloading boxes all boxes
should be disinfected with sanitizer spray, stored
in area exposed to sun or fresh air for about 10
minutes. ( with the presence of the security
guard)
• Delivery notes , waybills and all documents
received by the truck driver should be
disinfected with spray.
• The pallet truck handle must be disinfected
regularly.
• Devices (Motorola,pidion etc.) used in reception
process should be disinfected regularly and
stored till another usage.

• Warehouse team should be fixed for reception
process to control human resource and schedule.
• Sticker is affixed to the places for cashiers behind
the cash registers.
• Signing special agreement about informing the
employers if any of their contacted person are
infected.
• In case a signal that a corona-infected visitor was in
the store the staff who worked at the time of
his/her visit is sent home for isolation (min 5 days)
and their condition is being checked one by one.
• Store kitchens should be banned to staff usage.
