Q2c: What were the pitfall in the education system that you
experienced while growing up?
Pitfalls in the Education System
I experienced following pitfalls in education system while growing up:
 The curricular being following by institutions is not in line with
market / industry requirement.
 There is no lack of collaboration between industry and faculty.
Hence, faculty lacks practical exposure.
 No uniform curriculum is being followed.
 Lack of coordination between teachers and parents.
 Students are focusing to get good position or marks in exams than
focusing to clear the concepts. The same is also following by the
institutions.
 Most qualified professionals prefer to join other organizations
rather than adopting teaching as profession.
 Different institutions are following different syllabus, hence
uniformity in education system is missing.
