below. This will help us to add you to progress photos, should we decide to use them and any future
announcements regarding our business.

When choosing the Payment Plan option, PayPal Fee is included in Fee Payment.

Once program is received (which will be on the date discussed, you will have your plan on that date and
by 8pm EST), there are No Refunds. Please see Welcome package for more information.  Once payment
has been cleared through Payment Method, please expect your customized program in 72hours.

We do not provide “Grocery Lists, Food Lists, or Supplement Lists” or lists of any kind before receiving
your program, please expect your customized program with all foods listed in the 72 hour time frame.

necessary to proceed to work with our company.**

Once you have received your program, please review the program in its entirety, and email all of your
questions at once. Sending multiple emails, will result in not getting responses due to them getting lost.

All Pricing is upfront, no monthly payment options are available.

$1400.00- 16 weeks + PayPal Fee=$42.12

-When paying 16 weeks upfront, this is ONLY for 2 shows max. If you wish to do more than 2 shows,
additional fees will apply.

$2100.00- 6 months or 26 weeks + PayPal Fee=$63.03

Total: $2163.03
-When paying 6 months or 26 weeks upfront, this is ONLY for 3 shows max. If you wish to do more than
3 shows, additional fees will apply.

$4100.00- 1 year + PayPal fee=$122.76

Total: $4222.76
-When paying 1 year upfront, this is ONLY for 3 shows max. If you wish to do more than 3 shows,
additional fees will apply.

The last 3-4 weeks of contest prep will include text messages and “possibly “scheduled phone calls, if
they are needed.
Between business hours 7am-7pm EST Mon-Sat. (off on Sunday)
-Team Sims Weight Training Template. You will receive Only 1 training template upon signing up for our
services. After receiving 1 template we will send up to 4 movements for only 1 lagging body part. In
order to receive training templates every 4 weeks please see fee details below.
-Fee includes 1 reverse diet Post Show (Upon Request) (with NO changes/revisions, if payment is not
received to continue services). Typically we recommend a minimum of 8 weeks to fully reverse diet with
changes each week to every other week to reverse diet properly.
