The business major target are retailer, food vendors and retrsaurant who make use of snails

The estimated number of potential clients withinthe business geogfraphic scope is about a
100 retailers.
Research have been conducted and it was estimated that a retailer can purchase at least 400
pieces of snails.
Pricing strategy
The business has completed a thorough analysis of its competiors pricing. Keeping in mind
our competitions pricing and costs of custornmer acquisition we have decided on follow pricing
strategy:

Distribution strategy
Through local markerters, retailers restraurants with branding at a considerable price.
Promotional strategy
The business will promote sales by branding the snails to meet the expecgtations of the
retailers.
