VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
OVERVIEW
This exhibition is dedicated to Unveiling the Virtue of Great Urban Places in Asia
participants who would like to express their impression of the program and
display what they have learned through artworks. Artworks will be published to
ITS Global Engagement social media (Facebook & Instagram) and the 5 best
participants will get the chance to win a trip to Yogyakarta*.

*Winner will be selected not only by the artwork, but also the performance during the sessions.
* This category includes but not limited to painting,

VISUAL
poster, sketch, photography, and digital arts.

* There are no rules regarding the artboard size.


However, please consider the digital artwork’s

readability if it is viewed through mobile devices.

* The artwork must not contain inappropriate words,


nudity, racism, or any other explicit content.

WORK * Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png

* The minimum resolution is 300 ppi.


* The short video must not contain inappropriate
words, nudity, racism, or any other explicit content.

SHORT * The duration can only be up to 1 minute


Acceptable file format: H.264 (.MP4)

VIDEO
up to 1 mins.
* The minimum resolution is 720p. 1080p resolution
is highly recommended.

* Only use self-made or non-copyright footages and


sounds.
* The poem must not contain inappropriate words,
nudity, racism, or any other explicit content.

POEM
There are 2 submissions: The poem’s text and a
video where you narrate the poem

* Acceptable file format for the text: .pdf


Acceptable file format for the video: .MP4

* The narration video can only be up to 1 minute.


* The song must not contain inappropriate words,
nudity, racism, or any other explicit content.

* Only songs in .MP4 video format are accepted. You

SONG *
can record yourself singing it, make a lyric video, or
in any way you prefer.

The song duration can only be up to 1 minute.

* Only use self-made or non-copyright footages and


sounds.
SUBMISSION
* For other types of artwork that have not been mentioned above, please contact
us for inquiries.

* Artworks can be submitted by individual or a group (up to 4 persons among


participants).
