1. In the exigency of the service, you are hereby advised of your designation as School
SBFP Coordinator effective immediately and until such time this designation is revoke by
proper authority.

2. In your capacity as the School SBFP Coordinator, you shall perform the following duties
and responsibilities, to wit:
a. Oversee the entire kitchen operations, manages and supervise the kitchen staff in
the daily kitchen operations,
b. Manage and supervise the parent volunteers in the kitchen operation,
c. Coordinate with the procurement staff regarding feeding-related purchases,
d. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders of the program
including but not limited to School Personnel, Parents Volunteers, local
government unit and external volunteers,
e. Handle the monitoring and gathering of important data necessary for the feeding
program,
f. Plan and organize supplementary activities such as meetings, orientations and
trainings,
g. Delegate and keep track of the documentation of daily feeding operations,
h. Make recommendation to the School Personnel towards the continuous
improvement of the program,
i. Participate in the monthly/periodical meeting and other activities related to the
feeding program,
j. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with colleagues.
k. Submit reports as may be required by the higher Offices.
