NARRATIVE REPORT

I. INTRODUCTION / RATIONALE

Learning is continuous. Receiving a degree is not the end of

learning and improving once skills. For us teachers, each day that we
meet and teach our students, we are also learning new things from them,
so in return we should not stop from learning and discovering things
that we can use in helping our students to be better in the future. We
must be open in every opportunity that comes.

II. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

The meeting was held at Bauang North Central School, Gymnasium,

Bauang, La Union wherein the participants were Public Schools Division
Supervisors, Elementary and Secondary School Heads and School Sports
Coordinators. The registration or attendance started at 7:30am-8:30am
in the Registrar’s patio. At sharply 8:30am the meeting started with a
prayer followed by the singing of National Anthem and LUSSDO March.
After which was the opening remarks given by the SDS Of Bauang North.
Roll call was also conducted. Dr. Belen Aquino talked about reading
program together with Dr. German Flora wherein they strictly mentioned
to include and implement the 5 minutes reading in the DLP and classes
of every teacher, they even mentioned the upcoming program next to
reading program which is the Math Program. Atty. Donato D. Balderas
started his talk by presenting the 7 main focus of this school year
including the Organization of School Sports Club. We had our lunch
break at exactly 12nn after the talk of Atty. Balderas.
For the afternoon activity, Mr. Domingo Laud started the orientation of
School Sports Club. He explained the rules in conducting School Sports
Club and also mentioned the 6 events to focus which are athletics, chess,
Sepak takraw, dance sports, swimming and arnis. We, the Sports
Coordinators were advised to immediately organize the said sports club
in preparation for the different upcoming higher level of sports
competition like Provincial Meet and RIAA. Dr. Laud was the last one to
present and finished his talk at exactly 5:30pm. Closing remark was

done and the meeting was formally closed by the singing of LUSSDO
March.
