Here are some questions you can ask yourself to check how far you are from being a
professional: Score 3 if always, 2 if almost always, 1 rarely and 0 never.

1. Do I wear a uniform that clean and wrinkle free? 3
2. Do I ensure proper matching of colors in my attire? 2
3. Is my hair neatly combed, clean and worn in style that is becoming 3

5. Do I always feel and look clean and tidy? 3
6. Are my shoes shiny and their heels in good condition? 2

My physical projection is
acceptable based on the
results. That is, just by the way
I look, I am already regarded
as a professional.
Looking professional is an
important part of presenting
yourself and being respected.
I admit that I get lazy and
don't care about how I look at
times. And, because my
remark is only acceptable, I
still need to improve the way I
dress, my hygiene, my posture,
and other aspects of my
appearance in order to have a
better and more presentable
image.
My Verbal Projection score is
lower than the average,
which means it is
unacceptable. I fully admit
that I am a short-tempered
person with limited patience,
which affects the words that
come out of my mouth. When
I'm irritated or angry, I can't
stop myself from saying
things that will undoubtedly
hurt the people who hear
them. And I'll be honest, I'm
not proud of it. That's why
I'm working hard to be more
patient and to always say
nice things to people.
The outcome of my Manners
and Ethic demonstrates that it is
acceptable. Despite my short
temper, I have a great deal of
respect for everyone, especially
those who are older than me.
For example, when adults are
having conversations, I do not
intervene. In addition, I always
say please and excuse me.
I also enjoy greeting people I
meet in this manner, especially
those I know.
