What’s In
Activity 1
1. Is there a ‘center’ or a central theme in your timeline and life? If you will give a title for your
timeline what would it be and why?
- I believe the most central theme in my life is that when I finished junior highschool and started
face to face school classes as senior highschool student. If I were to give it a title, it would be
“Adopting to Changes”

2. Identify the turning points in your timeline. What were the thoughts, feelings and actions that
you experienced?
- When the school started face to face, I was not ready at all and so nervous if I can do it or not.
I was having hard time coping up the all the subjects, I feel like giving up but my family never
stops believing in me so I made my family an inspiration not to give up and overcome it all. So I
learned to adopt changes to survive difficult situations.

3. Who are/were the most significant people in your life? How?

- The most significant people in my life is my family, for the reason that they gave me hope when
I feel like I can’t make it anymore and just having them around makes me feel at ease that
someday everything will be alright.

4. What would you change or add, if you could? Also, how would each of these changes or
additions affect your life, or even change its present course?
- I there was changes I could do, it’s to have more confident and stop lazing around, because
there’s so much I can’t do because I’m afraid to try it and so much I time I loss doing nothing. It
definitely will change the present me by not doing these because I can learn a lot by managing
my time to do things and having the confidence to try something that will make me happy.

5. Continue to your future, where do you want to be in a year, 5 years, 10 years? What do you
expect your future timeline will be?
- In 10 years, I want to have a proper job with no financial problem and live in a place with 4
seasons (New England, Vermont, USA) to be specifically and spend the rest of my life
supporting my family and living a simple and quiet peaceful life.

Questions:

1. Being in Grade 11, what are the developmental tasks expected of you? Rate yourself from 1-
10 (10 as the highest) whether you have accomplished those expected tasks?
- The task that’s expected from me is to get a good grades, finish senior highschool, and
passing to MSU college entrance exam. I have high hopes to myself as much as my family has,
and I study hard to accomplish these tasks. Therefore I will rate myself 8.

adolescent to young adult. How do you feel about this transition? What is your turning point?
- It's a time filled with a mix of excitement, anticipation, and perhaps a touch of apprehension.
The turning point in this transition could be the realization that one is stepping into a more
independent phase of life, taking on greater responsibilities, and making important decisions
about education and future career paths.

3. Do you think you are ready in this transition which may mean more responsibilities and
greater accountability? If no, what are the expected tasks you need to work on? If yes, what are
the ways so you can better plan for the future?
- From this transition to be ready and prepared, it involves building skills in time management,
organization, and effective communication. Setting clear goals, seeking guidance when needed,
and maintaining a proactive mindset can all be beneficial in handling increased responsibilities
and accountability

considerate speech.

2. In what other situations have you seen someone T.H.I.N.K. (or not) before speaking? What

determination to resolve any misunderstandings.

come across as such. Nevertheless, if someone were to receive a backhanded compliment,
where the surface may appear positive but conceals a negative undertone, they could feel a tad
perplexed or mildly affronted. Recognising the true intention behind a compliment is vital to
guarantee it sincerely boosts and encourages the recipient.

3. Did you ever do something to be helpful that turned out badly? What happened? What do you
wish had happened?
