Re: Requesting proposal for shipping from Philippines to Hawaii.

Aloha Mr. Nones,

We are interested in getting a proposal for an international shipment of a 20ft
Full-container load from Philippines to Hawaii. In this document, we will provide
details about the product to better strategize the product arrangement inside the
container and the shipping terms that will be included in the contract.
Bid Requirements:
 International Shipment. Shipment of product from Philippines to Hawaii(more
instruction will be given below). The shipment includes handling of goods from
port to port.

 Quality Service. The product must be shipped with the right quality and quantity.

 Insurance. The shipment includes insurance for the products.

 Shipment Days. The maximum days for the shipment must be 12-14 days (port
to port) not including the customs.

 Wooden Pallet. The wooden pallet must be certified ISPM 15 to avoid shipment
delays.
Required Products for the Shipment:

20ft Full-Container Exterior Dimensions (in feet): 20' long x 8' wide x 8' 6” high.
Load Interior Dimensions (in feet): 19' 4” long x 7' 9” wide x 7' 10” high.t

Insurance Products total cost is $2500. Insurance cost must be

appropriate to the cost. Approximately $65 is suggested.

Wooden Pallet A standard pallet size is 48” X 40” with each deck board being
3 ½” wide 5/16” thick.

Rope Nylon Rope to hold each pallet and panels together.

Location of Origin: We will deliver the goods to your shipping point at the port and
pick it up from the Honolulu Port. We are open to arrangement.

Our Product Description and Details:

Structural Insulated  The components of these materials are Magnesium Oxide Board
Panels(SIPS) sandwiching EPS or expanded polystyrene. 

Dimensions The SIPS are rectangle in shape and can be distributed inside
a 20ft container by 2 rows and 2 columns. 8’ Length(feet) x
4’(feet) width x 4.5’’(inches) thick.

Weight 100 Lbs. each

Product Container Arrange the panels in a double-stack arrangement. This

Arrangement means we are expecting a wooden pallet for every 4 panels for
convenience in unloading the panels.
A row contains of 16 panels each divided 2 double-stacked
arrangement which includes a total of 4 pallet. Arrange the
panel facing down horizontally for the purpose of easier
handling.
Client and Contractor
AK7000.INC is the client which will be the direct contact for your company. When the
contract is signed, the logistic process for this shipment will soon be started after a
week.
Bid Due Date
The bid must be accepted before May 29, 2021 at 12:00 pm HST. The response must
be submitted via male with a DocuSign attached to it. The email is markb@gmail.com.
Payment
We are willing to pay within a range of $1000-$2000 which includes all requirements
stated in the bid requirements.
The AK7000.INC has the right to reject the proposal your company has given. However,
we assure that when the contract is signed, express contract will be granted and we will
