ABSTRACT
A process of manufacturing pallets for supporting loads, storing articles made by binder system
process. This pallet can be manufactured directly from scrap tires. Its main advantages are
recycling directly the waste tires, avoiding pollution, benefiting for the environment, and the
pallet itself has the advantages of resiliency, resistant, and supporting more loads, so it can
protect the subject which it supports and the site, company and industries at which it is used. The
pallets are particularly suitable for using at the railway station, hospital, educational institutions,
factory and so on.

To provide cost effective and durable pallets to all industries and manufacturing sectors.
Background
Pallet is a commonly used tool for carrying goods. At present, Pakistan needs about 100 million
pallets per year. Now, domestic pallets are mostly made of wood, plastic and steel plates which
is costly and its material resources are tight, which is not friendly to environmental protection.
The current amount of used or scrap tires is increasing day by day in Pakistan. The old tires that
can make good use of the carcass are limited in quantity, and the production energy of rubber
powder and reclaimed rubber is high, and the secondary pollution is serious.
Scope
Its scope is very high as compared to others. It is easier in stacking, warehousing, storage & safe
handling. Our pallets are much safer and can be stacked higher than traditional wooden pallets
and also prevent injuries from nails, sharp corners, splinters or falling stacks. It is Strong,
Durable, Light in weight but big hitters in performance. It can carry substantial loads and deliver
them safely to their destination.
 Sustainability
It is Fully Recyclable, Save Forest and Landfill. It is used for Moist & Frozen Storage because of
its good exuding Moisture technique & Refrigeration Trans.
It is Ideal for frozen and refrigerated transport. The Pallet core (EPS) acts as an insulator.

It can be Customized Colored, Design, Barcoding, Branding and Dimensions.

Indicative requirement
1. Quote as per schedule of rates given herewith.
2. Indicate clearly for taxes and duties.
3. Our total contract period will be for one year.
4. Delivery period: Maximum two weeks from date of call off. Call off will be given to you
on Telephone/ Email or written.
5. Properly signed receipt to be collected from our Stores/ Dept. before supply and the same
along with challans to be attached with invoice.
6. The buyer should study all the documents carefully and understand the condition and
specification of required materials before quoting. If there are any doubts, he should
obtain clarification from Admin department.
7. Our decision will be final in terms and quality of all goods supplied to you.
Location
The proposed location for pallet manufacturing and distribution setup can be any densely
populated city such as Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar or Quetta keeping in view the
proximities of the manufacturers as well as the buyers.

Market
Pakistan consumption of pallets is about 100 million a year (World Integrated Trade Solution.
WITS).
These Pallets have the lowest life cycle cost compared to wood, aluminum, and plastic and
having a Global Pallets- leasing, markets, and licensing options are available. Pakistani
government has mandated product replacement with recycled products first.
 Target Market/ Target Population
The demand of distribution service providers is increasing across the country which is
proportionate to the increased volumes of FMCG companies reflecting current economic growth,
consumption and keep a focus on large companies.
Such consumers of products can be: Machine tool companies, furniture manufacturing
companies, Agricultural marketing companies, farmers, greenhouses, Markets and shopping
centers of any trade profile. Companies also providing warehousing services for the storage of
various goods. Therefore, the potential target market for the proposed distribution agency setup
are wholesalers & retail stores in densely populated cities of the country. Like Karachi, Lahore.
Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, etc.

Firstly, the circle of potential customers who purchase pallets in large wholesale quantities is
quite wide, that is, finding distribution channels for products will not be a problem.
Secondly, today scrap tires and rubber tires is one of the cheapest raw materials in our country.
Thirdly the production of pallets does not require any special skills. This means that "cheap"
labor can be hired to do the job.
Pallets are off-season goods. It often requires replacement, so there will always be orders for
their manufacture. At least until a worthy replacement is found. So, it’s a good source for
generating high revenue consistently.

Making money from recycling used tires takes some hustle and know-how, but if we have a
pickup truck and the time to make connections, it can be a profitable business.
Wood pallets are used all over the country and the world. Companies use them to help transport
goods from one place to another. Wooden pallets can easily catch fire and is considered a
combustible material as well as not good for environment and decreasing numbers of trees from
forest which is harmful for both humans and animals.
If we deliver quality scrap tier pallets, we may be able to get ourself a few clients who are
willing to pay a decent price for them. By finding the right clients, we can earn some valuable
side hustle money.
Companies in need of pallets for shipping will be eager to save money by purchasing recycled
pallets. If we can help them cut their costs in half, we’ll be saving them a lot of money.
Remember that the companies we provide service will want to know we can keep up with their
needs. They’ll want us to be able to meet their daily or weekly pallet demand and provide good
service too.

basis.
