Statewide:

• Proposition 1: Constitution amendment guaranteeing the right to an


abortion and birth control
• Proposition 26: Allows in-person roulette, dice games, sports

• Proposition 27: Allows online and mobile sports betting outside
tribal lands
• Proposition 28: Provides funding for arts and music education in
public schools
• Proposition 29: Requires on-site licensed medical professional at
kidney dialysis clinics and establishes other state requirements
• Proposition 30: Provides funding for a programs to reduce
pollution and wildfires by taxing personal income over $2M
• Proposition 31: Referendum on the ban of flavored tobacco sales

Butte County:

• Chico Measure L: Allows private property owners to demand


public nuisance abatement from the city and requires the city to
respond within 20 days
• Chico Measure H: Would create a transaction and use tax of 1%
• Butte Co. Measure K: Renewal of a $1 vehicle abatement fee
applied to cars at the time of registration. $2 fee for commercial
vehicles
• Gridley Measure J: Would authorize Gridley Unified School
District to issue $16.3M in bonds to modernize and renovate
school facilities
Shasta County:

• City of Redding Measure A: Would make City Clerk and City


Treasurer positions appointed rather than elected
• Shasta County Measure B: Would establish a parcel tax (maximum
of $50 per single-family home) to fund rescue, emergency medical
care, ambulance, fire protection and hazmat response

Tehama County:

• Red Bluff Measure E: Would establish zoning to allow for


commercial cannabis
• Measure F: Would allow the sale of $14.1M in bonds to fund
repairs for Red Bluff Union Elementary Schools (Requires 55%)

Trinity County:

• Measure L: Would increase the Transient Occupancy Tax by 5% to


10% (Requires 50 + 1)
