Alleah: Thank you for calling, my name is maglunob, how may we help you?
Krystal: I got this old high school friends of mine and gusto nila magkaron ng out of town
mini reunion and since it’s been so long since magkasama sama kami, I would like to
make it enjoyable as much as possible.
Alleah: No problem, ma’am, meron na po ba tayong planong puntahan or any
destination they would like to visit or things they want to experience?
Krystal: Hmmm, umm none in particular, but I think we would like to go somewhere with
rich culture. I think somewhere with vast history and rich Instagram-able places. I would
love if you suggest one.
Alleah: sure ma’am, ahm(act like naghahanap sa computer, paused for at least a
second) How about the Cebu Ma’am? Have you been there before?
Krystal:Not yet
Alleah: It’s your great chance now, Ma’am
Krystal: I hope so, May I ask first, what’s good in cebu?
Alleah: sure Maam, Cebu attracts millions of tourists every year for many reasons, but
the major pull is its pristine beaches. With over 167 islands in and around Cebu,
holidaymakers will enjoy island hopping and beach bumming in dazzling white sand
beaches surrounded by crystal blue water. At hinde lang po yan. Cebu has a vast tourist
attraction from waterfalls, beaches, island hopping, heritage sites, festival, luxury
resorts, and great food. Na pasok na pasok po sa criteria na hinahanap nyo.
Krystal: Ohhh.. I see .. I see... I think mag aagree naman sila
Alleah: Great, then let us settle the formalities po. Can I ask how many are you po for
this tour?
Krystal: Three people
Alleah: Alright! May I ask kung may naiisip na po kayong exact date to go there?
Krystal: hmmm. May 30 will do.
Krystal: How can we go there?
Alleah: there are 2 ways to go to Cebu from manila; 1 way po is to take a direct flight
from Manila to Cebu. Both Philippine Airlines and Air Philippines Express operate daily
flights from Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Cebu's Mactan-Cebu
International Airport.

And second, travel from Manila to Cebu by ferry. Sail from Manila's Pier 15 to Cebu's
International Port. Super Ferry offers this route up to six times per week; the trip can
take up to 24 hours.
In case po, we could also assist you for reservation in both methods naman.

Krystal: Ahh, I think we would prefer the faster method, and yes please, I would like to
take you up on that offer of reserving our transport.
Alleah: okay Ma’am the we’ll go for the first option.
