Teamwork and Collaboration

What did you find the most valuable and  The contents are easy to reflect on and
appealing about the course? applicable. It is delivered in a simple
manner and all the topics covered are
valuable especially the team dynamic
enhancement which discussed about
the 5 stages of Team Management. The
stages gives awareness & definition to
my attitude and team phase
respectively, which I know will help me
in building meaningful relationships
and avoid conflicts in my team.
What can be improved about the course?  The use of an animated video could
assist to give a practical explanation of
some of the frameworks.

Self-reflection assessment can be


included to engage participants.
Examples include: “write about the last
time you had a conflict in a team”. The
use of case studies can improve the
message, for example, “Mr A was rude
to Mr B(Case), how would you
approach this if you were Mr B?”.

should be in this module to get a
clearer understanding of the definition
of a team.

Module 2  Typographical error: In the Lesson sub-


Header, there is a mistake on the
spelling of complementary in the deck.
 Complementary skills and
Interdependent tasks sub-heading is
not the same with the Outline listed in
the Lesson Sub-heading.

Module 3  The Forming – Performing Sub heading


contains an error in the alignment of
the voice over being click & the deck.
For example, If Conclusion is clicked on
the deck, the Voice over talks about the
Characteristics.

Emotional Intelligence: Key to Personal Effectiveness
1. What did you find the most valuable and appealing about the course?

The user-friendly design of the decks caught my attention. I particularly find the Carl Jung’s Introvert
vs Extrovert and Thinking vs Feeling personality quadrant to be helpful in understanding people and
myself which will in turn reflects on how I relate with people. The personality quadrant helps to
define who I am and how to micromanage my triggers.

2. What can be improved about the course?


 Communication is a crucial factor of EI. Although communication is being discussed in the
course, expanding more on communication and including the barriers that affects it which
will in turn affect being emotionally intelligent will help individuals better. The use of Active
listening in communication, Non verbal & Verbal communication skills. cc:

 Empathy & Compassion can be included as a module. Please refer:
