The over experience using the platform has been pretty good and lots to learn as
an admin. There are definitely lots of functionalities that I have not seen in any 80
other platform which is really good.

Ease of setup. Ease of use. The "pages" feature is great, and allows us to fully Rating Field
customize the layout of our LMS and create custom dashboards for various user
groups. The reporting function is good as well. I particularly love the gamification
features and rewards system. API availability is also great! Whitelabeling is also
fantastic.

The new reporting feature is very promising, intuitive and easy to use. There are 85

many options and combinations that can be used, to allow you to use your data 83
better.The Learning Assignment tool is another very intuitive feature, quick and 80
easy to use and you are able to assign training to a very high number of users.

CSOD has been one of the best, the logic and function makes sense, it is intuitive, 76
and the improvements always bring excitement and enthusiasm to the group.

The thing that I like most about the software is how easy it is to learn, and pick up Rating Field
on. When I came into this role, I had no prior cornerstone or LMS experience, but
it was super easy for me to learn and navigate. Highly recommend Cornerstone
to those who are looking for a new provider.
Methodology
To be considered for this report, products had to meet our lms software market definition, meet our review count minimum, and
have a high rating for value for money compared to other evaluated products.

LMS software market definition: In order to be considered a lms software system, products must have course management,
and course tracking.

Review count minimum: Products had to have 10 or more unique reviews with ratings for ''value for money'' in the past 2
years.

To calculate all rating fields, we looked at user ratings from for qualified reviews written between February 2019 and February
2021 that had ratings for each corresponding rating field. We then calculated the score by taking the average of all ratings and
bringing it on a scale of 20 to 100, with 100 being the highest possible rating. 3 products with the highest scores are featured
in this report.

Review excerpts: Review excerpts are passages that are extracted from longer reviews written by verified users. These
excerpts are obtained through the application of an algorithm that considers factors including, but not limited to, word count
