INTRODUCTION
Based on the residents' feedback regarding walk-in visitors that were not his/her visitor, this meeting
was held to get further clarification from the Mr CJ Tan team and to discuss some eCommunity
application performance issues.
AGENDA
Walk-In Visitor Technical Explanation and Solution
Issues related to walk-in visitors that the owner gets from the notification are not visitors that belong
to them. This happens due to a GPS issue including a satellite issue, which means the pin location is
used by some applications such as Foodpanda, Grabfood, and Grabcar. The delivery persons, who
received their order will receive the location pinned and will use the location they received as a
reference to send the item. When they arrive at the guard post, the security guard will register them
as walk-in visitors based on the house unit number given by the delivery person. Then automatically
the owner house unit will receive the notification. but some owners will find that the visitor does not
belong to them since the GPS was not pinned accurate location. Usually when the delivery person
arrived, and they went to the unit as located pinned, then there's no one, so they will call the
buyer/receiver to receive the items, so the delivery person will go to the correct house unit number.

As mentioned by MR CJ TAN, this problem is not from eCommunity application or from the security
guard. As a suggestion, Mr CJ Tan’s team will create one category for walk-in visitors for the delivery
person, which is they will create a special unit number for the visitor to refer to as a reference point
when the guard wants to register them. So every time delivery person comes they will be registered
under one special unit number. In this way, the owner will not receive any notifications from the
application's eCommunity and can reduce mistake happen. Mr CJ Tan’s team will provide these tools
on eCommunity application by end of October and the management will follow up closely.
