BASIC INFORMATION
         ORGANIZATION NAME: BERDE PARA SA BANWA (BPB)
         TYPE OF ORGANIZATION: ENVIRONMENTAL NGO
          DATE OF ESTABLISHMENT: Oct 25, 2021
    
 
DESCRIPTION
 Berde para sa Banwa (which shall be abbreviated as BPB)  is an environmental NGO that
is based in the Philippines, it seeks to create a haven of environmentally friendly cities in
different localities in the Philippines. BPB is composed of various volunteers that seeks
to create cleaner and safer streets that are free from pollution, lesser carbon emission, and
a sustainable environment. 
 
Mission of the company/organization
 Berde Para sa Banwa (BPB) is an environmental non-governmental organization that
seeks to lessen the environmental degradation happening throughout the different regions
of the Philippines by seeking to influence the legislature and LGU’s to come up with and
promote green policies that the Filipino masses can readily accept and support.
 
Vision of the company/ organization
 Berde Para sa Banwa (BPB) aims to create harmony with nature to ensure as it will
mitigate any forms of environmental burdens and corporate sabotage in the environment.
 
B. Applying the Rules of Purposeful Rituals:

Zero Waste All employees must collect their

volunteers have realized the amount
of garbage that they’ve accumulated,
it will create a sense of awareness.

A Tyro’s All departments will hold out a

Wagon member/s. The higher the position,
the greater the gift or performance. It
is up to the department how they will
carry out the welcoming party but
there must be at least one (1)
gift/token to be received by the new
member/s. The new member/s must
not know that there will be a
welcoming party for them, and if
they do, they will receive a free pass
to take a day off in the next month.
Kaarawan Every year, on the day of  October

Inang organization will celebrate the
Kalikasan.  founding anniversary of the
organization by creating a wish for
changed and the ritual of recognition
has been established, it will decrease
the amount of waste when it comes to
plastic, paper, and any other
hazardous materials that are deemed
main purpose of BPB is to create an
awareness program that seeks to let
people know that we often accumulate
high amounts of garbage without even
realizing it, and this development
program will help achieve those goals.
This is just a small initiative to help
the organization’s housekeeping
department with segregation of
wastes, while at the same time,
indirectly helping the community by
properly helping with the effective
recycling of wastes and lessening
wastes that go to landfills. It also
serves as a way of educating the
members with the proper disposal of
wastes which they can use in their
own households or teach other people
within their communities.
First, it seeks to let the new member/s,
the “Tyro” (meaning of Tyro is novice
or beginner), feel welcomed and be
comfortable with their workmates and
seniors within their respective
departments. Second, it adds
responsibility for the older members
to care for the younger members of
the organization and lets them realize
that they once came from being a
Tyro, and that all new members
would serve as beneficial for the
growth of the organization.
This ritual is aligned with the ritual of
Spirituality and faith because every
member of the organization wants to
wish for something that is greater than
theirs. This ritual showcases the faith
the “Inang Kalikasan”  those wishes
will be written on a piece of eco
friendly paper and will be put in a
time capsule, each year that time
capsule. The time capsule will be put
in the ground alongside with the
three that will be planted alongside
with a three. In this way, as time
went by, a three will grow along with
the time capsule. The time capsule
will not be opened because it
symbolizes what we want for our
world and environment to be, it is a
wish that will only be exclusively for
yourself.

This ritual is also beneficial to the
growth of the organization because it
will create a sense of camaraderie
towards the organization and
members as it will have a stronger
spiritual connections between the
organization and its members.
