Ladao Voice over: A learning community is a place where all members can acquire new ideas and accept
responsibilities for making the organization work. It must have moral purpose, including
its mission, vision, and goals, can create open work environment that is open for new
ideas, different approaches in dealing with challenges, and can connect the diverse
constituents of the community, and focuses on evaluation of the efforts of the
members, based on how they work together to solve the perceived challenges, and how
well did they achieve their purpose. In order to have an effective learning community,
there should exist a tight connection between its members, and the organization’s
direction. This means that all the workers in a school setting, must feel that their
insights are valued and taken into account in community life.
