INTRO: Team building creates stronger bonds among the members of a group.

The individual
members respect each other and their differences and share common goals and expectations.
Team building can include the daily interaction that employees and students engage in when working
together to carry out the requirements of their jobs. This form of team building is natural and can be
assisted if the group takes the time to come up with a set of team norms. These norms help group
members know how to appropriately interact on the team and with the rest of the organization. In
IIEE, numerous activites have been granted to build stronger bonds and fleeting experiences across
every generations of sets of extraordinary unique electrical engineering students of USL. The outrage
of covid-19 hinders our chance to experience these things, but as we go generating power through
every resources we have, we sure did make a pretty good job in handling our today’s event. buenos

I would like to reiterate some key points regarding the topic of our resource speaker for today and I
quote.
All progress takes place outside your comfort zone. Finding your passion or your career, is the key
to your own success. So yun nga since everything is a process just like Engr ladia had said, there is
no elevator in success, you have to take the stairs. You have to go through process and
development thats why we have exams and academics to prepare us for out future. Lastly, one
thing thta struck me by our resource speaker today is that, as future electrical engineers, once you
have committed, no turning back, embrace and you need the discipline and hard work to get you

ENDING: The result of such a corporate training is psychological relaxation and team building,
resolution of conflicts and reduction of tension in the team. If managers and leaders participate in
team building, it will help to increase trust to them of other employees.
In conclusion we can say that team building is the most effective way to improve relationships
between team members, improve the climate in the team, improve mutual understanding and trust
of its members, as well as resolve conflicts

INTRO: The existence of a healthy team is always associated with questions that sooner or later face
any human resources manager: how to ensure a comfortable coexistence in the working team, how
to encourage employees to maintain and develop contacts with their colleagues, how to quickly and
efficiently perform the tasks, which require joint work. All these and many other issues can be

While the world tries to battle a pandemic, our peace fellows rose up to the call- whether through
working in the frontlines or planting vegetables in the backyard.The online kamustahan served as a
venue for fellows to reconnect and to update each other with their recent activities despite the
pandemic. 

With the resources like the Learning Management System (LMS), and the guidance provided by USL
IIEE, the teachers and students of the institution bravely faced the challenges of the new normal set-
up starting last August 2020. The stories of various encounters and scenarios on how they face these
challenges since August will be told tonight by our alumni guests of this segment who were

dreamed of of becoming. We all desire to be successful in our lives and thus we do continuous effort
for the same. Tonight is something that energizes us in the path of success. It motivates us and helps
us in doing our best. Everybody has someone in their life that is the greatest inspiration for them. It
can be someone from our family or the world outside. It is the characteristics and outstanding
