the students in the school. One of the main reasons is that all
wear the same uniform so students are less bothered about what
others are wearing. So it is a request to all present here to kindly
ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform.

16. please, allow me to tell you about the criteria for grading
your wards. Dear parents we all know that education is aimed at
all round development of children. Keeping this in mind As per
the latest CBSE exam pattern for class 1 to 5, the assessment of
students will be done in two areas i.e.
1. Scholastic
2. Co-scholastic
At Sanfort, we do not believe in formal examination for classes
1 and 2 as we believe in joyful learning but the students will be
assessed on the basis of day to day performance and regular
classroom observations. There would be worksheet, assignment,
recitation, group discussions, dictation, quizzes, project work,
extempore, field project etc.
17. For term I, observation would be recorded in the month of
July, August, September and October. For term II observation,
months would be November, December, January and February.
Only grades will be assigned for every subject at the end of each
term. You would get datesheets for the dates of these
observations. These are entirely for your benefit so you would
get an idea as to how much your ward has scored. Remarks
would be given to each and every child on the basis of the
observation. Dear parents, you would not find any marks on the
answer sheets as our focus is to give constructive feedback to
students and to make sure that they enjoy the learning
experience rather than focus on marks.
