Honestly, | used to believe that performing a simple stretch would have the same benefits as other exercises and sports-related activities. | frequently assume that stretching, no matter how strenuous, is to warm up our muscles and joints in preparation for the activities we will engage in later. Now | know that It is necessary to do some sports-related activities or exercise and that we are stretching-educated and knowledgeable.
