| used to think that when engaging in athletic activities and workouts
activities with such a basic stretch will suffice. No matter the intensity
level, | believe that the end goal is the same: to prepare our muscles and
joints for the activities we will perform after stretching. Honestly, | used to
believe that performing a simple stretch would have the same benefits as
other exercises and sports-related activities. | frequently assume that
stretching, no matter how strenuous, is to warm up our muscles and joints
in preparation for the activities we will engage in later.
Now | know that It is necessary to do some sports-related activities or
exercise and that we are stretching-educated and knowledgeable. This

individual's goals, talents, and training level. According to the book Sport
Stretch Second Edition, there are several types of live basic stretching
techniques, such as static, ballistic, passive, active, and proprioceptive
Each technique has different objectives and goals, such as static
stretching, which involves stretching to the farthest point and holding the
stretch. Additionally, passive stretching is a technique in which you are
relaxed and make no contribution to the range of motion; finally, active
stretching is accomplished by bouncing, bouncing, rebounding, and
rhythmic movement. These techniques are one of several topics in the
book that made me realize how essential it is for us to learn the basics.
However, I'm not sure if I'll remember everything after reading some of
the subtopics of the books and following the links provided to us. | plan to

understand the concepts to comprehend the topics and lessons fully. |
can do it and integrate it into my daily routines safely and cautiously.
