1 used to know that stretching comes before all types of exercise.
As a sporty type of person, specifically in cycling, | do stretching
before doing the such thing because | know in that way, | could
prepare my body for doing exercises. A previous teacher also taught
me in my high school year how vital stretching is before doing any
body movements.

fans' performance while decreasing the risk of potentially dangerous
events such as injury. Well before, as we know, increases blood flow
to muscles, allowing us to jump higher, run faster, and generate more
muscular force than post-stretches. Additionally, | had no idea what
we term post-stretches. I've realized how crucial the Post-stretches
are to our muscles when they are warm and receptive to stretching.
However, | am still confused if stretching longer affects our
productivity. | also don't know if | have read the correct information.
Even if | am a sporty person, | need assistance and help. That is why |
hope that | will learn more than what is read in this subject. | want to
experience what stretching is all about and how it will affect our
body.
Overall, | am overjoyed and happy with what I've learned in this
area. From all the unknowns that continue to blow my mind. | am
pleased with how this module has addressed some gaps and raised
some questions.
