A. Plant Organization and Management
The project’s functions are organized for better coordination and maximum performance to
meet the company’s goals. Hence, the organizational units are set up as illustrated:

is a general contractor company that started in 2022. The group has undertaken many
challenging projects and gained skills and expertise in design, project management services,
construction trades and other relevant engineering works.
The company’s objective is to ensure and build solid relationships with their clients
through excellent execution of the goals in terms of timeline and budget requirements. The
baseline goal is to provide a consistent level of value to clients by fostering a collaborative
environment within the organization and the clients.
The management’s vision is to:

standards and provide exceptional customer service.

client’s needs and demands.

Overhead expenses: This category includes costs that impact the entire construction
company from an administrative and legal standpoint. You should include things like
rental space, employee benefits, insurance costs, marketing, legal fees, and recurring tax
or property payments.
VIII. Human Resources
A. Categories and Functions
As with any industry, human resources require the best qualities in recruiting and
managing workers. Professionals, skilled employees, and unskilled laborers are chosen based
on the education and work history required, particularly in light of their specialized skill sets.
The construction industry is a very competitive field; hence, HR strategists only provide the
cutting-edge employees, ensuring a stable and supportive work environment.
The top management, which includes the long-term strategic planning workers, were
selected based on their skills in practical application of engineering design and technology
and knowledge of materials and methods, a minimum work experience of 2 years and a
bachelor's degree in Engineering. Middle management, such as the HR, production and
finance workers are required to have a bachelor's degree in their specialized field and precise
skills judgment and decision making and information evaluation with no years of experience
required. For supervisory management, are then required to have gone through safety
training, active listening and communication skills, and expertise in basic types of work in a
construction site.
B. Socio-Economic and Cultural Environment
In general, the success of theme parks can be attributed to the following: ensuring the safety
and comfort of visitors; originality and clarity of the theme; timeliness of appearance; constant
technical update; good transport accessibility. This project will be a great leap into bringing
environmental awareness and culture to the population as well as the tourists through its
landscape architecture and recreational facilities. From the outset, theme parks have established
great competitiveness in the industry and continually incline into what we can infer as
developing economy and tourism in any region.
The industry of theme parks today continues to develop, which contributes to the quality of
rest, development territories, at a high degree of competitiveness. The Municipality of has a total
land area of 60, 214 hectares, and a population of 12, 602 people according to the 2020 census.
Being situated between Lanao del Sur and Lanao del Norte gives it a better opportunity to
introduce tourism and give employment opportunities to its people and its neighboring
provinces.
