2 roual sewt . The second tower is a residential tower comprises 190 hotel apartments. Scope of works includes all civil,
architectural finishing, electromechanical and landscape works. The contractor is JV comprises Arabtec 55% (leader) and SIAC
45%.
Contract is on re-measure basis.

The project total amount 2 billion 300 million.

Responsibility:
o Establish & maintain tools, reporting, and systems to drive effective & efficient alignment across our global EHS teams.
o Lead efforts to establish workflows, programs, and mechanisms focused on compliance and EHS.
o Develop, roll-out, and manage programs that will be leveraged by the global & regional teams in support of baseline risk
assessment, incident reporting and management, ergonomics and general playbooks for Corporate, Studio and Event operations.
o In partnership with Regional EHS Leads develop a Global EHS playbook for the execution of corporate, studio and event

Petrojet Consturction – Egyptian Company For Oil, Cairo- Egypt


Petrojet was subcontracted by GS E&C  for the execution of civil and mechanical engineering and installation works.
The Egyptian Refining Company’s (ERC) Mostorod refinery in Egypt was officially inaugurated in September 2020. It is claimed
to be the biggest public-private partnership infrastructure project in Egypt.
Egypt-based Qalaa Holdings (formerly Citadel Capital) holds a 13.14% stake in ERC, while the other equity investors include
state-owned Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and Qatar Petroleum. Qatar Petroleum owns a 38.1% stake in
Arabian Refinery Company which holds a 66.6% interest in ERC.
The financial closure on the £3.5bn ($4.3bn) refinery project was reached in June 2012 while the construction works were started
in February 2014.
The ERC Mostorod refinery with a processing capacity of the refinery of 4.7 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) reached full-scale
commercial operation in August 2019.

Kuraymat solar power plant to boost Egypt’s power production
Iberdrola Ingeniería y Constructions is building in Kuraymat (Egypt) the first plant in the world to be commissioned using gas and
solar power. It is one of the most modern Hybrid Combined Cycle (HCC) power generation plants, commercially designated with
the acronym ISCC (Integrated Solar Combined Cycle). At present, a similar cycle is being built ,operations will be the ISCC
Kuraymat.
Construction began in January 2008 and operations are scheduled to begin in October 2010, with a 30-month construction period, 2
months for integration with the Solar Field and one month of Reliability tests. The Kuraymat ISCC Plant will operate at night as a
conventional natural gas CC (Combined Cycle), to which the contribution of the solar power hours will be added during the day,
operating as a hybrid combined cycle (HCC) of gas and solar power. The Egyptian Government and the New Renewable Energy
Authority (NREA), awarded IBERDROLA Ingeniería y Construcción SAU, the EPC (Engineering Procurement and Management)
contract for a gas Combined Cycle (CC) and its integration with a Solar Field in the Kuraymat area.
