ENABLING ASSESSMENT -1 (Final Term)

TASKS:
1) FOREHAND SERVICE ( 10 times )

2) BACKHAND SERVICE ( 10 times )

DIRECTION: Strictly follow the following directions/instructions:


1) Put a distinct mark (line) on the wall showing the height of the table from the floor/ground. This is your
first/lowest marking on the wall.
2) Put a distinct mark (line) on the wall showing a ½ ft. (6 inches) height above/from the first mark.This line
serves as your net. This is your second marking on the wall
3) Put another distinct mark (line) on the wall showing a 1ft. (12 inches) height above/from the second mark.
This is your third/highest marking on the wall.
4) The distinct marks should be at least 2 feet ( 24 inches) in length.
5) Position your table in such a way that the end line (end of the table) is at least 3 feet away from the wall ( Put a
distinguishing mark on the Floor).
6) Wear proper table tennis sports attire.
7) Perform the correct/legal/good service using Forehand and Backhand.
7.1 Execute ten (10) Forehand Service
7.2 Execute ten (10) Backhand Service
8) Apply properly and correctly the different basic skills (Grip, strokes, footwork & stance, etc.) being discussed in the
class as you execute the Forehand and Backhand service.
9) Do not cut your video recording.
Take Note:

1. In returning the ball to the wall, it should hit the wall above the second mark and should be below the
third (highest) mark on the wall.
2. Include in the recorded video: putting/showing the distinguishing marks on the wall and on the floor
following the correct measurements as described in the assessment directions above.
3. Position your video cam. properly to make sure that I would have a clear/proper view of your full
performance and all the required markings.
4. Your recorded video presentation of the Skill (Service) should be saved first in Google Drive, copy
the Link and then paste on Word docu. , then submit the Docu. in Drop Box.
