TASKS:

FOREHAND WALL DRIBBLING ( 20 returns )


BACKHAND WALL DRIBBLING ( 20 returns )
 
DIRECTIONS: 

1) Put a distinct mark/line on the wall showing the height of your chest from the ground. The distinct mark (first mark)  should be 2-3
ft. in length and clearly visible. (the ball should not bounce above this line).
 
2) Measure 1.5 ft. or 18 inches from the first mark ( chest level) going down. Put a distinct mark (line) on the wall. The distinct mark
(second mark) should be 2-3 ft. in length and clearly visible (the ball should not bounce below this line).
 
3) The space between the two markings ( first & second ) would be the only part of the wall where the ball could bounce as you
perform the continuous wall dribbling.
 
4) Put a distinct mark (line) on the floor showing a  four (4) feet - distance away from the wall. The distinct mark (third mark) should
be 2-3 ft. in length and clearly visible. Stand behind this line.
 
5) Make sure that your paddle would  not be moved/placed close/ near the wall as you return the ball to the wall. I discussed this
during our last Synchronous meeting. You may also refer to the uploaded lessons.
 
6) Wear a proper table tennis sports attire.

7) Perform the Wall dribbling Correctly and properly using Forehand Stroke and Backhand Stroke.  
  
      5.1 Execute twenty (20) continuous Wall Dribbling – Forehand stroke       
    5.2 Execute twenty (20) continuous Wall Dribbling – Backhand stroke

 8) Apply Correctly and properly the different basic skills (Grip, strokes, footwork & stance ) being discussed in the class in
performing the tasks.
 
9) Be mindful of all the info. and reminders being discussed during our Sync. Meetings.

10) Submit a recorded video of this tasks. Save your video in google drive and submit the link (word) in Drop box.
