Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution
dated August 17, 2022 which reads as follows:

"A.C. No. 13505 [Formerly CBD Case No. 19-6038) (Fernando U.

Juan v. Atty. Valeriano R. Del Rosario, Atty. Patrick P. Sarmiento, and Atty.
Maria Francesca V. Bautista 1 ). -The Notice of Resolution No. CBD-XXV- ·
2022-03-07 dated March 17, 2022 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated
Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and
APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of
the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation
dated February 3, 2022, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of
Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty.
Valeriano R. Del Rosario, Atty. Patrick P. Sanniento, and Atty. Maria
Francesca V. Bautista is DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED."
