Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution
dated December 7, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13637 [Formerly CBD Case No. 14-4402] (JUDITH
GRAN, Complainant v. ATTY. MARCELINA C. LIMPOT, Respondent).
-The Notice ofResolution 1 in Case No. 14-4402 dated June 27, 2020 of the
Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Board of Governors, which reversed and
set aside the Report2 dated October 10, 2019 of the Investigating
Commissioner, is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE
the findings of fact, conclusion of law, and recommendations of the
Commission on Bar Discipline in the attached Extended Resolution3 dated
July 2, 2022, which explained the Board of Governors' recommendation. The
Complaint against Atty. Marcelina C. Limpot is DISMISSED.
