Ltd, Eng. EMMANUEL TASENI of P.O. Box. 15651, Dar es Salaam to be the Consultant’s true and
lawful Attorney and Agent and Representative with full powers and authority for and in the name of
the Consultant to sign and submit a Proposal No. PA/097/2015- 2016/C/02LOT 2 for Provision of
Consultancy Services of Feasibility Study, for the Proposed Construction of Multipurpose
Commercial Complex at Forest Area in Mbeya City, issued by the GEPF Retirement Benefit Fund,
P.o.Box 11492 Dar es Salaam to execute, ask, demand, negotiate, and sign and execute the contract
and other documents in relation to the Consultancy Services. All documents whatsoever as may be
required including execution of deeds under seal and to pay and receive payments, be the Contact
Person and represent the Consultant during execution of the contract and do all things that the
Consultant might or could do if personally present and acting and the said CONSULTANT hereby
ratifies all and whatever the Attorney and Agent shall do by Virtue of the powers granted herein.
