Limitations An e-learning course can last during a longer period than a normal one, therefor it should be clear defined what an e-learning course covers.
Targets
Target setting notes Targets setting should take into consideration the specific of the training, the familiarity of the employees with e-learning courses, the purpose. The costs
involved, time and distance are the main reasons in choosing e-learning courses.
*There is no optimum level in general, but it should adapt to the company and industry specific. Electronic courses are more familiar in IT for example, than
in production, due to the specific and the familiarity od the work realized.
Overall notes This indicator reflects the use of e-learning course management systems to supportlearning strategies and to improve self-regulated learning. This measure
can also be specific to education, since e-learing courses become more frequently used nowadays in universities.
