ACTIVITIES ON MONDAY 7/11/2022

Safety Talk: safety talk did not hold, as the HSE officer was on three days on annual leave,
Monday 7/11/2022 to Wednesday 10/11/2022 “

Safety Routine Check: - Safety check on Fire/Safety Equipment round the premises was okay
without any complaint.

Test Run Fire Pump: - The Fire Pump was test run okay and no cause for alarm.

ACTIVITIES ON TUESDAY 8/11/2022

Fire/Safety Routine Checks: - The Safety routine checks on Fire/Safety equipments conducted
was okay without complaint.

ACTIVITIES ON WEDNESDAY 9/11/2022

Fire/Safety Routine Checks: - The Safety routine checks in the plant were carried out
successfully without any complaint.

ACTIVITIES ON THURSDAY 10/11/2022

Fire/Safety Routine Check: - The Fire/Safety Equipment routine checks took place in the plant
successfully, otherwise no complaint.
Inspection of the Ogun State Environmental Protection Agency: The
said agency from Ogun State Environmental Protection Agency was in the plant for its official
obligation. During its tour, the agency recommended for;

1) Waste dump site to be shed with an entrance.

2) To update the company’s EIS/EIA
3) To be PPE compliant
4) HSE officer to attend their maiden stakeholders’ workshop themed “Chemical Controls
and Management: Strategies to achieving sustainable development goals in the
State. Scheduled to take place as follows;
Venue : June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto Abeokuta
Date : Thursday 24th November, 2022
Time : 8: 00am

Fire/Safety Routine Check: - The Safety Routine check was okay without any cause for alarm.
