TRAVEL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Subject: Meeting Re: Proposal on Fencing of the DENR-BCDA property, dated

November 29, 2022 held on DENR CO, Visayas Avenue, Diliman Quezon City

The undersigned has attended the meeting along with the Chief of AFMD and the
Center Head of the WWRRDEC to discuss the abovementioned subject matter.

The WWRRDEC presented the proposal to construct a fence as well as a watch

tower to serve as remedies with regards to the intrusions made in the property covered
by usufruct.

The TWG composed of the Asec. Of Legal Affairs and Director of Finance
recommends to conduct further study of the proposal.

Subject: Meeting Re: Internal Audit System Year-end Assessment; December

4-7, 2022, held in Tagaytay City

The Undersigned has attended the seminar along with the head of Management
Audit of the ERDB as focal persons of internal audit.

The 4-day seminar focused on the discussion of accomplishments as well as

strategies to enhance transparency and accountability in the Department.

Thus, the undersigned was tasked to promote the efficiency and accountability
learned from the series of lectures made during the event and to adopt said guidelines
in the Bureau.
