for each project.
• How would you describe your experience collaborating with the team?
• How did you negotiate? What technique/s did you use?
• What did you do well? What could you improve?
(100-150 words)
I adhered to the organization's regular project management principles and procedures when
creating the scope management plans and presenting them. A project charter, definition of project
goals, and creation of a project plan are all included in this. I also adhered to the rules for
communicating with and engaging stakeholders.
The project objectives, timeframes, budget, and key stakeholders were the main pieces of
information acquired from the project initiation papers. This information, which provided the
necessary constraints for the project scope, was essential in the development of the scope
management plans.

Collaborating with the team was a positive experience overall. The team was responsive and
engaged in the project, and we worked together to achieve the project objectives.
In negotiating with the project sponsor, I used a collaborative approach, focusing on finding a
solution that met the needs of all stakeholders. For example, in project 1, we negotiated changes to
the project scope based on the feedback received from the project sponsor.
Overall, I believe I did well in communicating with the team and project sponsor and collaborating
effectively. However, I could improve by being more proactive in identifying and addressing
potential issues and risks in the project.
