A 25% timeline
The project sponsor communicated the decision to disregard the requirement of onsite car
space for staff to one of the project team members who did not document the decision.
B 50% timeline
The project budget is cut by 5%; the project manager has reviewed the expense items and
decided to change the furniture supplier for a more affordable one compromising on the
quality of the furniture for the new campus.
C 50% timeline
The flu season forces 60% of the project team to go on sick leave for three weeks.
D 75% timeline
One of the permits the project team applied for on behalf of MMI is delayed pending
additional information. This may cause a two weeks schedule delay.

I hope you are doing good sir. I am writing this email to bring a small change request to your notice.
After a long analysis and review, I came to a conclusion to change the furniture supplier to a less
expensive and affordable supplier to cut down on the budget. This budget cut dowm will be good for
the project as with the new supplier we are able to save upto 5% of the budget.
The existing furniture is being used by many of the offices and schools because of te price and
reasonable quality. Therefore, I request you to go through the company details and customer
feedbacks to come to a conclusion,

Consider the following feedback received from the project team.
• The change control process was implemented effectively; however, it could be improved by using
an electronic form
• Some scope changes were not timely communicated, increasing the possibility of scope creep
• The scope management plan was updated every six weeks

Te am work plays a great role in keeping the tasks and project upto date. Inaddition, reviewing the
document is of paramount importance as the plan to remove parking for the staff not mentioned in
the documentation has resulted in the overall change in the project. Therefore, reviewing projevt
regularly keeps the project on track and up to the requirements. Quality control plays a crucial role
to conduct the project in the future and in the present smoothly.

budget plan and discussions with the team, the steering cmmitee has decided to reduce the budget by
10%. I am very satisfied with the budget plan and I think this will in turn result a great benefit to the

• The Marketing Officer and the Marketing Manager’s lack of project management knowledge
impacted their performance
• The Marketing Officer asked another team to send some of the invitations to the event. The
invitations were never sent.

Monitoring wrk is very important t finish the task on time and accrding to the requiremet. Here in
this case, the Marketing officer asked the team to send invitations but he did not follow with the
team because of which no invitatins were sent to some people. Therefre, it is always necessary to
follow up and mnitor the team member of their work.
