3. Manage a problem in the program. Address how you implement program systems and
methods when faced with a severe issue in your program.
Consider the scenario provided (contextualise it for your program when required).
Based on your plan, what monitoring and control systems were used to review the
progress of the project in question.
Develop a sample of an internal HR audit report undertaken to identify this issue, and
that will be distributed to all relevant stakeholders (specify the stakeholders in the
email).
Write an email to share the HR audit report with relevant stakeholders.
Save the audit report file in a folder called ‘Audit’. Take a screenshot of the folder
showing the saved file and copy and paste the screenshot in the space provided

delays in the overall delivery of the entire project, which will affect the budget and the
overall schedule of the entire project. The cause of this delay and its solution are being
studied. The problem is reportedly due to a lack of people and turnover needing help.

The audit began on August 10, 2020 in order to make an analysis of the entire company, as
previously stated the project would have annual external financial audits, within this audit
the marketing area was analyzed

Findings from the audit.
There was a finding in the fulfillment of the web development which has made the
stipulated budget out of the margins and increased, because the personnel foreseen for this
is very behind.
Recommendations
Faced with the finding of the budget, letters were taken on the matter which was to hire a
new staff, foreseeing that this would be increased but the process of the website would end
in an agile manner.

in reality they were not, they just wanted to do this to avoid going to work, that's why

The process of registering workers will begin, and they will be subject to severe penalties,
falsified documents and non-compliance with the regulations on working hours, so their
annual salary may be exempt from fines.
