SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MARIA CECILIA LAGO FLIPPEN (formerly MARIA CECICILA PREJURA

LAGO), of legal age, married, and a resident of 171 W Sidlee Street, Thousand Oaks,

CA 91360, do hereby appoint, name and constitute JHOHARY LAGO BANSAO, of legal

age, single and a resident of 407 Buiza Elazegui 1 Kinsville Brgy.3 Calamba City,

Laguna 4027, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney to do and execute the

following act in my name and on my behalf, to wit:

1. To do and perform any or all acts necessary and/or desirable to process all

documentation with the concerned agencies of the Government of the

Republic of the Philippines, as required by the Department of Foreign Affairs

(“DFA”) concerning the application for a Philippine passport of my daughter,

JOHAIRAH LAGO BANSAO, as well as to do any and all acts to accomplish the

aforestated acts and deeds.

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s)

and paper(s), as well as claim and/or receive for and in my behalf said

document(s) from the concerned agencies or offices in the Philippines, the

DFA, pertaining to the Philippine passport of my daughter, JOHAIRAH LAGO

BANSAO, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the

aforestated acts and deeds.

3. To do and perform any or all acts necessary and/or desirable to process all

documentation with the U.S. Embassy in Manila concerning the immigrant

visa application of my daughter pursuant to my petition for her, as well as to

do any and all acts to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds.

4. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document(s)

and paper(s), as well as claim and/or receive for and in my behalf said

document(s) from the concerned agencies or offices of the U.S. Embassy,

pertaining to the immigrant visa application of my daughter, JOHAIRAH

 LAGO BANSAO, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the

aforestated acts and deeds.

5. To do and perform any or all acts necessary and/or desirable to

facilitate my daughter’s travel to the United States of America, including that

of accompanying her and making the necessary flight arrangements to bring

her to the United States of America.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and

authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into

effect the foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could

lawfully do, if personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING

AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be

done under and by virtue of these presents.
