AUTHORIZATION LETTER

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOSE MARIA JOCOM, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of 234
Arraullo, Jacinto Extension, Davao City, Philippines, do hereby appoint EVA MAITOM
as my true and legal representative to act for and in my name and stead to perform the
following acts:

1. To transact, receive, and sign on my behalf for getting a copy of my Certificate

of Marriage with your office; Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA), Davao City.

2. To execute, sign, process, claim the documents required or necessary to effect

the performance of the above acts in communication with the authority given;

I, HEREBY granting unto my representative full power and authority to execute

and perform every act necessary to render effective this authorization as through
myself personally present has no performed it and hereby appearing all that she may
do by virtues hereof with full right of substitution of her person and revocation of this
instrument.
