Executive Summary

We conducted studies on the USA Chemical Corporation subsidiary Ovania Chemical


Corporation. One of the smallest and most prosperous chemical manufacturers. PET resins are
the main goods produced by Ovania Chemical Corporation. Ovania Chemical Corporation was
diversifying its offerings in order to compete with rivals throughout the world. Ovania was
updating its facilities as a result of technical advances.
The general-purpose thermoplastic polymers manufactured from monoethylene glycol (MEG)
and pure terephthalic acid (PTA), which are well-known for their great mechanical, thermal,
chemical, and dimensional stability, were the first focus of Ovania Chemical Corporation's
research. The Ovania Chemical Corporation established a committee to evaluate ideal personnel
during the time that job performance was being redesigned. This committee was known as the
system analyzer. It demonstrates their enthusiasm in working with the new technology that two
or three current system analysts have reapplied for the position. The company might work with a
consultant to continue and better understand the hiring process, and the consultancy may also
know more about how the companies are managing their hiring processes.
For their chosen personnel, Ovania Chemical Corporation does not care about two-year training.
After training, workers won't use it correctly, costing the business money. For this reason, hiring
managers look for individuals who have the abilities needed for the position that might be
acquired in two years. Since the job's needs were not urgent, the hiring manager is looking for
applicants with trainable abilities. Ovania Chemical Corporation has a particular problem with
ladies venturing close to the dirty tanks. Asking the female candidates for the post of system
analyst for their consent at the time of selection might fix the issue.
The approach used by Ovania Chemical Corporation to choose applicants for system analysts is
based on the scores provided here. The offered true information hence encourages choice.
