1. Job Cards: With the software, the garage should be able to create job cards for
their clients in a fly. The job cards can be printed, sent via Email or whatsapp.
2. Invoices & Estimates: Create invoices and quotes for their customers directly
from the system. Import invoice and quote items from work requested, job cards
or vehicle expenses.
3. Inventory: Track parts easily with Inventory module.
4. Booking In: book vehicles (using the web portal or admin mobile app), mark
dents, set fuel level, make notes on the car, note work requested; all in a smooth
single interface. The client will then log into (customer mobile app) to approve the
booking and then send a copy to the client.
5. Expenses: Track all expenses of parts and labour on a vehicle without going at a

7. Task Manager: Assign tasks to your employees(mechanics) quickly using our
task manager. The task manager keeps track of all tasks assigned. Check on any
pending tasks, overdue etc. With the task manager, they’ll be able to check the
cost of tasks if any.
8. Suppliers Manager: All garages needs a parts store supplier. There will be
many parts ordered and many suppliers to deal with. On the suppliers module,
they will be able to see which parts are ordered, which parts are delivered, which
parts need to be ordered, which supplier needs to be paid. etc
9. Rich Reporting: We do our best to record every activity on the system so that
you get usefull insights about you business
The Admin Mobile App features will include everything in the admin web portal then
voice & video call integration in correspondence with the “customer mobile app
